She has consulted, for the past 25 years, a broad range of organizations including Peet's Coffee and Tea, Blue Shield of California, Stanford University and Pacific Bell, as well as numerous entrepreneurs and individuals on attaining exceptional performance. |
Along with her background as a Yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor, Pam practices and teaches Integral Transformative Practice® (ITP), a personal development program created by Esalen Institute co-founder Michael Murphy and human potential visionary George Leonard. She is President of ITP International, the non-profit organization that stewards the practice and the co-founders' work. Pam is a frequent workshop leader at Esalen and other venues in the US and abroad. Her recent collaboration with TV producer Steve Edelman resulted in the creation of a new workshop, Unfinished Business, launching this spring at Esalen Institute. With her extensive background in organizational development, interpersonal communications and mind/body practices, Pam offers a unique perspective on how to lead and enjoy an extraordinary life.
